When someone offends you, do you ever say, “You owe me an apology”? I know I do.
I used to say to myself, “Just let it go” but that didn’t always work. I didn’t want to feel like the offender “owed me” something, especially something I might never collect.
I was glad when I discovered that there’s biblical support for feeling this way. When you say, “You owe me an apology” you’re admitting “I need to forgive you.”
